“LIGURE PREVENZIONE VACANZA”

To protect you from potential penalties in case of reservation cancellation, we suggest subscribing to our “Ligure Prevenzione Vacanza” service.

The service costs 5% of the total stay, including extra services (garage, beach service, etc.).

The Ligure Prevenzione Vacanza service covers you in the following cases:

• Serious illness or accident of the guest for whom the stay was booked
• Serious accident or sudden emergency involving a family member of the guest resulting in hospitalization
• Severe damages (theft, fire, etc.) to the guest’s property (home, business) requiring intervention

In each of these cases, it is necessary to present a certificate confirming the reason for cancellation (medical certificate, police report, etc.).

The service only covers the cancellation of the entire stay and is not valid for shortening the duration of the stay.

Available for all stays of at least 5 days/nights
To be purchased at the same time as the room reservation.
Available for bookings confirmed at least 25 days before the arrival date.
