Ligure Holiday Protection

To safeguard yourself from possible cancellation penalties, we offer the Ligure Vacation Protection service.

This service protects you from cancellation fees in the following documented cases:

• Serious illness or accident of the Guest for whom the stay was booked

• Serious accident or sudden medical emergency requiring hospitalization of a close family member of the Guest

• Serious damage (e.g. theft, fire) to the Guest’s property (home, business) requiring their urgent presence

• Official travel restrictions imposed by the government

In all the above cases, an official certificate must be provided to justify the cancellation (e.g. medical certificate, police report, etc.).

Important:
Ligure Vacation Protection covers only the full cancellation of the stay.
It does not apply to early departures or shortening of the booked stay.

Conditions:

• Valid for stays of at least 5 days/5 nights

• Valid only for standard rate

• The cost is 5% of the total stay

• Must be purchased at the time of booking

• Available only for bookings made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date
