Check-in and Check-out
Rooms and the garage are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Arriving early or departing late? You can store your luggage with us, We’ll take care of it.
Late Check-out
If available, you can request a late check-out until 6:30 a.m. for a small additional fee, calculated as a percentage of the daily rate.
Restaurant Hours (Seating Times)
Breakfast: 08:00 – 10:15
Lunch: 13:00 – 14:00
Dinner: 19:30 – 20:45 For dinner, elegant outfit is required (long trousers for men).
Half Board and Full Board Treatments
Valid for stays of at least 4 nights per week. For occasional lunches or dinners, our Ligure Blue Restaurant is always ready to welcome you
Discounts and Supplements
Adults/children (13+): 10% on 3rd/4th bed
Children with 2 adults:
12 months – 2 years: 50%
3 – 6 years: 40%
7 – 12 years: 30%
Infants: overnight stay without meals (€30-50/day)
Single room: +40–70%
Extra beds: discounts available for stays of 3 nights or more
Changing guest during stay: minimum 2 consecutive nights
Pets
Small pets (up to 8 kg) are welcome with a supplement of € 28/day. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the dining room, SPA, or on the beach.
Booking and Confirmation
A deposit is required, to be agreed upon at the time of booking. For last-minute reservations, we will ask you to pre-authorize or charge the stay to your credit card.
What if you need to cancel your holiday?
Up to 8 days before: no charge
7–5 days before: 35%
4–3 days before: 55%
2 days before or no-show: 75%
Early departures: 100% of the stay For non-refundable rates, early booking, or promotional offers, specific conditions apply.
Bike Lovers
We have a dedicated area to store your bike in a safe place

Free in rooms and public areas.
Partnered Beach Service
Umbrella and sunbeds available upon reservation. The hotel provides a beach towel, with the option to change it daily. As a souvenir of your stay, a complimentary beach bag is offered.
Garage
250 meters from the hotel, underground, closed but unguarded. The service is guaranteed upon reservation. Do you have an electric car? We’ll arrange the charging for you, by appointment.
Parking Service
Want to arrive without a worry? For a small supplement of € 20, we will take care of parking your car and bring it back to you when you’re ready to leave. The service is available from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and we kindly ask for a reservation on the day of departure, at least one hour in advance.
Solaria Sensory Journey
60 minutes of pure relaxation. Check if it’s included in your rate or ask at the reception.
SPA Treatment Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid charges.
Payment Options
Cash: required upon arrival, in accordance with regulations.
Credit/Debit Cards: pre-authorization or charge.
Bank Transfer: at least 3 business days before departure.
Checks: not accepted.
VAT and Tourist Tax
VAT 10% included
Tourist Tax: € 2.00/day per person (for guests 12 years and older, max 5 days – from April 1st to October 31st) to be charged separately
