Are you ready to discover an <strong>original recipe<\/strong> full of passion and wisdom? Today our<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/vincenzo_chef81\/\"> Chef Vincenzo Pisana<\/a> wants to present an innovative mix of fish, meat and vegetable&#8230;. perfect <strong>combinations <\/strong>to create a <strong>simpe dish<\/strong>, but at the same time tasty and alternative.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/>12 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=capesante&amp;client=firefox-b-d&amp;source=lnms&amp;tbm=isch&amp;sa=X&amp;ved=2ahUKEwjc7dWhvL7uAhVE1hoKHZ8_Ca8Q_AUoAXoECAsQAw&amp;biw=1920&amp;bih=919\">fresh scallops<\/a> <br \/>150 g of peas<br \/>4 bacon slices (thick cut)<br \/>1 potato <br \/>1 spring onion<br \/>about 250 g of vegetable stock<br \/>oil <br \/>salt <br \/>pepper<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Process for pea mirror<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><br \/>Finely chop the spring onion and the potato, then put them into a saucepan with some oil to slowly brown them. <br \/>When you get your result, add the <strong>peas <\/strong>and roast them for 3 minutes on high heat. At this point, pour the vegetable stock and cook for about 20 minutes. <br \/>After the necessary time, mix everything with an immersion blender and pass the mixture through a strainer. In this way you get a <strong>smooth and glossy cream<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Process for browned scallop:<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><br \/>In a bowl dress the <strong>scallops <\/strong>with oil, salt and pepper. <br \/>Put on fire a non-stick pan and brown the scallops on high heat for about 3 minutes on each side, then place the scallops on a paper towel to dry them. Into the same pan roast the <strong>bacon <\/strong>cut into strips.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Presentation<\/strong>:<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><br \/>With the aid of a spoon, put the pea sauce on a plate as a mirror creating a drop, now place the browned scallops and put unevenly the crispy bacon. <br \/>Garnish with some extra virgin olive oil.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>At this point your dish is ready and served&#8230; now you just have to taste.
