Here we tell the story of three mills<strong>: Armato, Rossi, Baglietto &amp; Secco, <\/strong>each guarding this heritage with different hands, yet with the same devotion to the land.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Frantoio Armato \u2013 Alassio<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The door opens onto the scent of new oil: a green, sharp aroma that fills the room like a promise. Here, oil is born from a family tradition that never rushes. The millstones, the amber bottles, the wood and stone details speak of a way of working that hasn\u2019t changed: you listen to the paste, you watch the light, you wait for the right moment.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cGood oil reveals itself before you even taste it,\u201d they say. \u201cIts scent tells you the season has arrived.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Armato is Alassio: the sea close by, olive trees overlooking the bay, an oil that tastes like home.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Frantoio Rossi \u2013 Stellanello<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In Stellanello, oil is a rougher, earthier gesture.
