Ready for a new start, Alassio has had plenty of time in recent months to rethink and redesign its tourist vocation in a spirit of change: one that draws heavily on its cultural, natural and scenic resources.
Alongside the traditional bathing offer, with the strength of a rediscovered and remodelled beach, Alassio is discovering its vocation for Well-being, experientialism and above all safety, key words in the tourist renaissance of the City of the “Muretto”.
SAFETY FIRST
Bathing establishments, hoteliers, bars and restaurants, traders have signed up to ALASSIO SAFE.
This is a detailed protocol for presenting itself on tourist platforms as a safe destination for its innovative telemedicine projects, for health care 7 days a week, 12 hours a day.
Sanitisation, spacing, signage, small and big cares for a carefree holiday.
THE CHARM OF CETACEANS
Sea, beach and hills are the other ingredients of a destination that lends itself to being experienced at 360 degrees. Alongside the traditional seaside offer, Alassio discovers its experiential vocation.
As far as the sea is concerned, activities such as wave walking, whale watching, boat trips to the island of Gallinara accompanied by the tasting of zero-kilometre products from the land and sea at the fishermen’s cooperatives in Porto Luca Ferrari.

Also new are the comfortable excursions on the cabrio bus to enjoy Alassio and its picturesque surroundings.
Amidst the colours and scents of a land that mixes with those of the sea, you will be able to get on and off the bus at any of the stops to discover interesting sea views and food and wine stops.
The new fun tourist service connects Alassio, Andora and Laigueglia, rich in nature, history and breathtaking corners. There is also a stop at a winery in the hills surrounded by rows of vines, ideal for a regenerating break while tasting excellent wines.
CULTURE FESTIVAL
And then again… yoga on the Bestoso jetty, suspended between sky and sea. Fitness in the city’s most characteristic places and the third edition of the Festival of Culture.
A formula that allows you to explore in all its nuances the territory of Alassio, its history, its known and hidden riches. The face of the Festival will be Neri Marcorè along with many artists who will animate the evenings, physical and digital events from 1 June to 4 September.
Born as an all-round cultural event, the Festival has grown into its third edition and will celebrate all the arts from June under the sun and the stars of Alassio: literature, cinema, art, food and wine, music…
