COVID GET CARE REGIONAL PROJECT

Thanks to the strict health protocols, the Liguria Region, cooperating with the local health offices, has issued us the COVID GET CARE certificate. The certificate is reserved for facilities that adequately manage the health emergency for the protection and safety of the health of employees and guests, both for the hospitality business and for the catering and wellness center.

SAFETY AND CLEANING

For the reopening, the hotel carried out a meticulous cleaning. During the period of activity our cleaning protocols are periodically updated by our manager. We have intensified the hygiene and safety measures which include:

  • frequent air exchange
  • a more accurate disinfection of the points of greatest contact.
    For example: the living areas of the hall, the bar and the restaurant, the bathrooms in the common areas and the lift (equipped with molecular sanitizer)
  • constant sanitation of all air filters and air conditioning systems
  • the number of gel dispensers has been increased, so guests and employees can easily disinfect their hands
  • particular attention was paid to the rooms, for which we have improved our already exhaustive cleaning procedures.
    Surfaces, handles and the most used devices, such as TV remote controls, receive specific attention
  • the linen is washed by a specialized company that issues CovidFree certification

INTENSIVE TRAINING

The health and safety of our colleagues has always been a priority at LIGURE and is even more so in these difficult times. The staff follows training courses on personal protective equipment and mandatory clothing to be used according to national guidelines. Each employee is trained to safely perform all activities within their competence and to promptly identify any symptoms of Covid-19.

SAFE BUT IMPECCABLE

One of our main objectives is to provide all security measures combined with an excellent level of service to make our guests feel at ease. This is why we work carefully to minimize the impact of the new security protocols on the experience of our guests. At the hotel entrance, body temperature will be checked by  a thermo-detector, the reception desk, the SPA and the bar are shielded by elegant plexiglass panels. The buffet for breakfast and appetizers is screened by panels and served by our restaurant staff, the dishes are sanitized by the new MEIKO dishwasher, Covid Free certified. for the whole duration of the health emergency, it is for resident guests only. It is regulated and provides for a pause between accesses to the path to allow the sanitation of the environments. To access: shower, hand sanitization, respect for spacing, use of masks in the relax areas are required.

CANCELLATION TERMS MORE FLEXIBLE

We would like to give you a reason to feel happier and to give you back the deep sense of well-being, which may have been lost in recent times. Therefore, the cancellation and variation terms are now more flexible. At booking time, remember to check the clauses for the favorite rate. For the deposit or for the “non-refundable” rate, we will issue a voucher of the same amount, to be used for a new stay  made within the year.

Furthemore, we invite you to subscrive our Service Ligure Prevenzione Vacanza, an insurance that protects you from some penalties in case of your stay cancellation.
